***This is a hybrid role working in our downtown Greenville office and remotely as work allows.***

Responsibilities

What you will be doing:

  • Maintaining bank account databases, account schematics and ensuring all accounts are up to date
  • Assisting in processing payments
  • Along with the Manager and Treasurer, ACH processing, wire processing, and cash positioning
  • Completing stop payments
  • Providing support to branch team members regarding banking services while serving as a liaison for cash management related issues
  • Assisting branches with daily payment processing and any issues that may arise
  • Managing branch check orders
  • Assisting in managing T&E and AP Corcentic database including administering access to both U.S. and Canada employees, analyzing monthly spend, preparing month-end reporting and reconciliations, etc.
  • Facilitating Visa and AMEX credit card programs
  • Providing periodic reporting to management on a variety of Treasury matters including, but not limited to, daily cash position reporting and ALCO reporting
  • Assisting in liquidity planning and forecasting
  • Responsible for compliance with all policies and procedures including identifying any raising any enhancements
  • Monitoring processes and procedures to ensure safety and compliance
  • Developing and maintaining strong communication with cross-functional departments on all Treasury related matters

Qualifications

What you should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or other related field
  • Working knowledge of banking products and services
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to problem solve
  • Excellent communication skills with acute attention to detail
  • Ability to proactively identify, analyze and improve on existing business processes within the organization
  • Proficient with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

 

Base Salary: $60,000 - $80,000

 

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based on the U.S. average. The actual base salary offered for this full-time position will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to, location, skills, knowledge, competencies, and experience.

 

All full-time salaried employees are eligible for the following benefits, starting on day one: Flexible Paid Time Off Program, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability, and other voluntary coverages. You will also be eligible to participate in our 401k program, starting on the first of the month following 30 days of employment with a company match.
